Social Justice Activities

Mission: To provide congregational leadership in response to the needs of the community and the larger world.

Programs: Clothing and housing for the homeless, material for prisoners, and supporting the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee in international efforts for peace and justice.

Social Justice concerns have always been an important part of our congregational commitment. Our congregation is active in providing room and board for NPHIN (Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Network) families while they persue permanent housing and employment.
